Food Safety 1st Registration Policy:
  • Everyone must pre-register to attend Food Safe Courses.
  • Registration payment must be arranged with Food Safety 1st prior to the course.
  • Food Safety 1st accepts cheque, certified cheque or money order and can be submitted in-person, mailed by Canada Post or sent by courier.
  • Accepts online banking of eTransfers by emailing to: Russell@Foodsafety1st.com
  • Credit card or Interac services are not available.
  • NSF Fees apply to all NSF cheques.
  • Anyone registered to attend Food Safety 1st courses or has booked private Food Safety Training must provide written notification at least 14 calendar days prior to the course of any cancellation or re-scheduling. Failure to provide notification will require the company, agency, organization or individual booking the course to be responsible for the entire balance of the invoice. Food Safety 1st does NOT assume the responsibility for anyone failing to attend a course and the balance of the invoice must be provided. Food Safety 1st reserves the right to waive the registration fee due to emergency events and are determined on a case by case basis. Participants who re-register in another course will be charged a $10.50 (includes GST) administration re-registration fee.
  • Refunds are not provided.
  • A $31.50 (includes GST) administration fee will be charged to replace lost or damaged Food Safety 1st certificates and Proof of Identity must be provided.
  • Food Safety 1st provides receipts for all funds received, including registration fees, re-issuing certificates and equipment sales. These receipts are sent with the course results or equipment orders. Food Safety 1st sends all certificates, letters, and equipment orders by Canada Post, Courier or in-person delivery.
